When buyers order jobs, we support a wide range of payment currencies for their convenience. Once payment has cleared, sellers will be notified and can start working on the service. Buyers will receive email notifications about order status changes. If, for any reason, an order is rejected, the amount will be placed in the buyer’s iWork.ph balance and can be used for purchasing other jobs on the site. Any funds in the balance will be automatically applied to the next purchase, eliminating the need for another payment process.
Withdrawing funds is easy and convenient. You can withdraw funds from your Paypal account, and we support daily withdrawal requests with no waiting period.
To request a withdrawal, simply log in to your account, go to Payments -> Withdraw Money -> Withdraw button, and you’ll receive a payment notification in your Paypal account on the same day. To be eligible for withdrawal, you must have a minimum balance of $10. Please ensure that you provide a valid and current Paypal account, as this process is final and cannot be refunded or changed once it has started.
The only payment method available for withdrawing funds is through Paypal. There are no alternative payment methods accepted. The order will be canceled, and the seller will be notified. We do not compensate sellers for the time and money involved in such cases.
Fraudulent buyers will be banned without warning, and any attempt to reclaim funds without going through our helpdesk ticket system will result in account restrictions. This includes Paypal disputes, chargebacks, unauthorized charges, and credit card reclaims.
