I've worked as a travel and healthcare customer service representative for more than five years. I began as a Freelancer and worked as an appointment setter for HustlePro Global for 2 years and 1 month. My major responsibility was to interrogate potential clients in-depth to determine whether they were qualified for the product. Making phone calls to homeowners and offering them various solar panels for their homes. Then, because we were only paid on a commission basis, I made the decision to leave my work in order to be more financially secure. When I first started working as a Travel Consultant Professional for Teleperformance, I was making outgoing and incoming calls to organize some travel for our clients' hotels and flights. Our account was American Express Travel. After eight months, I was elevated to the position of Subject Matter Expert, where I help agents with their questions regarding the procedure. After six months, I was promoted to Email Support for the same account, where I handled customer emails regarding their requests for reservations for flights, hotels, cars, and trains. Learn to cancel, void, and exchange flight reservations using the GDS (Amadeus). I had to leave my position due to Company Account downturn. In my most recent position, I worked for CenterWell Pharmacy, formerly Humana, as a healthcare advocate, where my duties included assisting clients with their medical requirements and utilizing their health benefits. I decided to leave because of the Poor Work-Life Balance.In addition to my regular job, I am also the Branch Manager of our family business of electronic bicycle while working part-time with various clients. I make sure that my tasks and timetable match up properly to prevent my workload from negatively affecting my overall performance. This type of multitasking helps me to give my family a more secure financial future. In addition, I sold things online before. In order to avoid having a lot of work, I'm also looking for a career that allows me to focus on one thing at a time. I want to concentrate on one firm or client that will help me use and develop all of my skills. I want to land a place where I can see myself developing into one of the top workers with a higher rank. I believe that working for your organization will help me further my skill development.
