Minimum Requirements:
- Must be fluent both oral and written in English communication
- Demonstrated expertise in assisting remote users through the implementation of various remote support technologies
- Proven experience in effectively managing technical support requests, projects, tasks, and related activities using a comprehensive ticketing system
- Proven experience in supporting hardware both PC, Mac laptops and mobile devices
- Proven experience in supporting software OS Windows 10/11, Adobe Acrobat, Team Viewer, and Office 365 applications
- Should possess Powershell scripting experience
- Must be adept at administering and configuring Microsoft 365 Cloud technologies such as the following:
1. General Administration
2. Azure AD services
3. Exchange Online
4. Microsoft Intune
5. Microsoft Teams
6. SharePoint Online
- Advantage to have any experience below:
Security management (MFA, Conditional Access policy, etc)
Policy administration and troubleshooting
