Quantity Surveying: Leverage your extensive years of experience to conduct accurate quantity surveys and create comprehensive Bills of Quantities for diverse construction projects.

Construction Estimating: Utilize your expertise to assess project costs and provide precise cost estimates, contributing to the successful planning and execution of construction endeavors.

Material Take-off: Showcase your proficiency in material take-off to ensure meticulous calculations and procurement processes for construction materials.

Architectural Design: Bring your expertise in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Autodesk Quantity Take-off, and Planswift software to contribute to both 2D and 3D architectural design work.

Engineering Procurement & Construction (EPC): Apply your knowledge to streamline the engineering, procurement, and construction processes, ensuring efficiency and adherence to industry standards.

Qualifications:
Extensive years of hands-on experience in Quantity Surveying, and Construction Estimating.
Expertise in software like: SketchUp, AutoCAD, Autodesk Quantity Take-off, and Planswift software.
Proven track record in various roles such as Quantity Surveyor, Estimator, Procurement, and Project Engineer.
In-depth understanding of material take-off, costing, material procurement, and reporting procedures in civil engineering.
