As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Full-Time Virtual Assistant to join our team and play a crucial role in managing our Amazon store.
Position Overview:
As a Full-Time Virtual Assistant for Snugell, you will be responsible for efficiently managing our Amazon store operations. The role involves a variety of tasks, including listing migration to the Canadian (CAN) and United Kingdom (UK) storefronts, listing optimization, competitor ASIN analysis, and other essential activities to ensure the success and growth of our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Listing Migration:
Coordinate the migration of product listings to the Canadian and United Kingdom Amazon storefronts.
Ensure accurate and consistent product information across different regional platforms.
Listing Optimization:
Optimize product listings to enhance visibility, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
Implement relevant keywords, compelling product descriptions, and high-quality images.
Competitor ASIN Analysis:
Conduct regular analysis of competitor ASINs to identify market trends, pricing strategies, and areas for improvement.
Develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the CPAP supplies and accessories market.
Inventory Management:
Collaborate with relevant teams to monitor and manage inventory levels on the Amazon platform.
Implement strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
Customer Service:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback on the Amazon platform.
Ensure a positive customer experience and address any issues or concerns effectively.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize analytical tools to track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Amazon store performance.
Provide regular reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing Amazon stores, preferably in the e-commerce or private label industry.
Strong understanding of Amazon policies, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with e-commerce tools and platforms.
