Daily Work Description:
As an Executive Assistant with Specialized Knowledge, your primary responsibilities will encompass a range of executive support tasks. The daily tasks include:
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to support client and ensure smooth operations.
Automate responses to technical inquiries, particularly those related to testing nuances. Create FAQ-type documents for DTC websites, SEO, and training purposes.
Assist in editing legal contracts (MSAs/SOWs/DUAs) to streamline customer onboarding processes.
Ensure comprehensive notes from calls are organized, and follow-ups are managed efficiently.
Support in editing and creating presentations for various purposes.
Reach out to new researchers for potential collaborations.
Handle HR and financial-based tasks to support scientific development.
Contribute to improving processes, especially in the realm of physician onboarding and education.
Assist in drafting grants and scientific publications.
Skill Sets Required:
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Bonus Skills: Experience in data analysis, proficiency in R coding, and scientific writing.
