What you will be doing:
Configuring Pipedrive CRM
Training users on how to use Pipedrive CRM
Preparing and loading data into Pipedrive CRM
Being first level of support for clients at tier 1
Supporting Systems and Automation Manager in service improvement
Ad-hoc client support tasks
Who we are looking for:
Excellent communication skills
Previous marketing automation experience.
Expert knowledge of database management concepts and best practices.
Working knowledge of Pipedrive or other CRM systems such as Zoho, Salesforce, etc.
Sales Support Activities such as CRM data cleaning, support sales team with follow ups
Understanding of formulas and Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
