(Remote) UI/Web Designer

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Design and create engaging and responsive website layouts, graphics, and user interface.
- Maintaining the appearance of website, ensuring that they are in line with company branding.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design projects.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to make necessary adjustments.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UI/Web Designer or similar role.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience with prototyping & user testing processes and tools
- Experience with web design tools (Webflow, Framer)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design best practices.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI, graphic, web design projects.
