Full Time Cold Caller For Service Based Business

Location: Remote (Must be able to work in MST timezone)
Salary: $5 - $7.80 per hour (based on experience) + performance bonuses

About the Role:
We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our team, primarily to handle outbound/inbound calls to leads generated from our social media campaigns. The main objective is to engage with potential clients and schedule in-person appointments or schedule with our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make warm and cold calls to prospective leads.
Follow up with leads from previous campaigns.
Send emails and text messages to leads, encouraging them to schedule appointments.
Manage our CRM platform (Go High Level) (training can be provided).
Manage task assignments efficiently.
Perform occasional customer service duties.
Qualifications and Skills:
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Experience in making 50-75 calls per day.
Strong ability to handle rejection and overcome objections over the phone.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in the use of Go High Level and Slack.
Requirements:
A stable internet connection.
A high-quality headset for making calls.
Ability to work during MST timezone hours.
Quick learning and self-improvement abilities.
