Job Description: Financial Administration Specialist

Summary:

The role will initially be temporary for six months but could become a permanent role for the right candidate.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised individual to join our team as a Financial Administration Specialist. This role involves managing various aspects of data and financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the finance department in day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities:

1. Data Management & reconciliation:

- Maintain and update data sheets related to online events, webinars, and consultants.

- Reconcile & maintain accuracy of financial information in various software daily.

- Utilize import routines to upload transactions to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

- Review computer reports generated by third-party support systems (Salesforce, Infusionsoft, Kartra, and QuickBooks) for accuracy.

- Trace errors back to their source and resolve them in collaboration with the sales ledger held in Salesforce/Infusionsoft.

2. Refunds and Credit Control:

- Process refunds in Salesforce (SF), IFS, and Kartra when approved.

- Handle*****disputes by gathering evidence and submitting in a timely fashion.

- Keep detailed notes on the*****spreadsheet to facilitate Credit Note (CN) generation.

- Conduct ongoing aged debt review, downloading from QBO monthly/quarterly.

3. Process Improvement:

- Assist in formulating new processes related to Breadwinner/Salesforce receipts and reconciliation to*****

- Aid in data conversion from Infusionsoft to Salesforce.

4. Ad Hoc Support:

- Assist the finance department and senior accounting staff with ad hoc reporting as required.

Qualifications:

- Excellent language skills, must be fluent in both written and spoken english

- Able to work UK hours

- Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Excel.

- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.

- Competent in various financial software (e.g. Salesforce, Infusionsoft, Kartra, QBO).

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

- Previous experience in credit control is desirable.
