Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the HR team to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies, recruiting CNAs, GNAs, LPNs, RNs and more!
Source, screen, and interview potential nursing candidates.
Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
Build and maintain relationships with nursing schools and healthcare institutions to tap into talent pipelines.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in nursing recruitment.
Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment progress to the HR department.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in healthcare recruitment is preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
