Highly Experienced Amazon Brand Operations Manager/Director | With Multi-national expansion experience

We are looking for highly experienced Amazon Marketplace Expansion Manager to spearhead our expansion into new Amazon marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our existing operations and strategizing our entry into additional markets. This is a fast-paced role. We have strategies in place, we need someone who can lead the implementations with the team. We are looking for a problem-solver and keeps on checking our accounts from time to time and detect issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Use Zoho or other prominent task management tool to oversee, track and generate report from weekly tasks.
Lead and oversee operations across Amazon US, Canada, and Europe, ensuring optimal performance.
Strategize and implement expansion plans into new Amazon marketplaces.
Work closely with regional teams to understand unique marketplace dynamics and opportunities.
Manage and coordinate with the inventory manager and other Amazon VAs to ensure alignment with expansion goals.
Continuously analyze market trends, competition, and performance data to inform strategies.
Develop systems and processes to efficiently scale operations in new marketplaces.
Work with Creative Director to ensure smooth operations of the technical and creative pipeline.

Requirements:

Implemented effective SOPs for an amazon team.
Proven experience in expanding businesses into new Amazon marketplaces.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing diverse teams.
Deep understanding of Amazon's operational requirements and marketplace nuances.
Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
