About The Brand: We are a micro streetwear brand that celebrates creativity and unique fashion designs. We're looking for a dynamic Virtual Assistant who shares our passion and wants to contribute to building something special.

Responsibilities:
Email Marketing: Craft engaging email campaigns to connect with our audience. eBook Copywriting: Optional, but a plus if you can create compelling content that resonates with our brand. Print-on-Demand Integration:

Manage our print-on-demand platforms and ensure a smooth experience for our customers. Multi-Platform Expertise: If you know your way around Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, YouTube, TikTok Shop, Meta, or Google Ads, your skills will be instrumental in growing our brand.

Sales Incentive Structure (in addition to hourly wages):

Base Pay: $4.00 per hour, approximating $320 per month for the initial 4-hour weekly commitment.

Incentive Tiers:

Earn an additional $0.50 for each item sold up to 10% over the monthly sales target.
Earn an additional $0.75 per item for sales between 10-20% over the target.
Earn an additional $1.00 per item for sales exceeding 20% over the target.
Stretch Goals:

If a stretch goal of 20% over the target is achieved, earn an additional $1 per item for the remainder of the month.
Quarterly Bonuses:

Additional bonuses will be awarded for hitting incentive targets on a quarterly basis.
