Amazon FBA online arbitrage sourcer

Hello, our company is seeking to hire a experienced Amazon FBA OA Sourcing Expert to help us expand our online retail business by identifying high-potential products that we can sell in our Amazon Store. We are seeking a long-term employee that want to grow with us.
Starting rate is $3.50-$4 per hour
Criteria:
8+ Leads daily
30% ROI min
1% BSR
150+ Sales per month
Maintain a 50% buy ratio
Niche: Any niche but great to have experience in shoes and apparel
Job Requirements:
No other part time Amazon clients we want a sourcer that is EXCLUSIVELY work for us if you can't meet this requirement, your employment will be terminated immediately.
*Can work with timer ( Hubstaff)
Can work at PST time between 10:00 AM onwards
Previous experience with Seller AMP
*Previous experience in online arbitrage sourcing, including manual and reverse sourcing
*Must be able to read and evaluate a keepa chart, as well as identify any potential alarm patterns (IP complaints, Amazon competition, buy box suppression, pricing trends).
*Must be able to read variant listings, calculate the best potential subvariations, and estimate sales.
*Must be able to comprehend retail sites and potential coupon savings, as well as evaluate the best available value for purchases.
*Ability to complete simple math calculations such as adding tax, calculating percentages, shipping costs, and discounts is required.
