We are in the process of building a cutting-edge sales CRM and are looking for a skilled Scrum Master / Project Manager to join our team. This role is vital in driving the success of our new product, focusing on efficiency, quality, and timeliness in delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
-Facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to manage and oversee the full lifecycle of our CRM project.
-Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and progress.
-Identify, track, and remove impediments to project progress.
-Monitor project progress, provide timely updates, and manage project risks and issues.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in software development projects.
-Strong knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
-Must have experience working with Laravel framework.
-Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
