At Sylaba Translations we offer highly personalised, professional multilingual translation services, plain language editing, and training programs.
We are a small company based in Australia, with Operations and Marketing teams based in the Philippines. We are a very close-knit group of like-minded people looking for the next addition to the team.
As a Sales Representative you’ll be responsible for the following:
- Building rapport with new and existing clients.
- Bringing in new projects consistently for the projects team.
- Strategize, maintain and implement new and existing sales objectives.
- Maintaining and organising company's CRM.
Required attributes:
- Previous translation industry experience preferred.
- Customer Service - demonstrate excellent customer service and inter-personal skills to create first class customer relationships and nurture them for growth
- Ability to Plan - show that you can plan & prioritise for success
- Solution focussed - take solution focused approaches to problems
- Positivity - show that you have an adaptable & positive mindset to change & customer needs
- Resilient- in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
