GATC Health is a pioneering company in AI-driven drug discovery and medical technology, located in Irvine. We are seeking a skilled PR Outreach and Project Manager to enhance our presence in the industry through effective media outreach and content management.

Role Overview:
This position entails developing and executing a comprehensive PR strategy, focusing on engagement with medical, technology, and AI medicine sectors. The ideal candidate will manage PR campaigns, collaborate with industry influencers, and ensure seamless integration of content across various platforms.

Type: Part-time initially, with potential for Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a PR outreach strategy targeting medical, technology, and AI medicine sectors.
- Research and identify key influencers, blogs, and newsletters for potential collaborations and content sharing.
- Craft personalized outreach communications and manage ongoing relationships with media contacts.
- Organize and manage quotes and content for publication, ensuring alignment with GATC Health’s messaging and goals.
- Establish and maintain a project management system using ClickUp, including data entry and organization in Google Sheets.
- Monitor and negotiate publication processes and rates, ensuring effective budget management.
- Collaborate with internal teams for content creation, including syncing with our blog and news release schedules.
- Provide regular progress reports, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

- Proven track record in PR, media outreach, and project management, preferably in healthcare, technology, or related fields.
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using project management tools (ClickUp experience is a plus) and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work autonomously, managing projects from inception to completion.
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to quality and consistency.
