Short Term Rental Cohost (Airbnb/VRBO Management Assistant)

I am hiring for an experienced Airbnb cohost to help me manage 8 short term rental listings in Maui, Hawaii. This candidate should be experienced in Airbnb/VRBO management. The job will be responsible for:
-Replying to guest messages
-Adjusting pricing
-Creating management SOPs (standard operating procedures)
-Listing across other platforms and VRBO
-Creating a direct booking site
-Managing handyman tasks
-Ordering supplies for the condo
-Working closely with our cleaners and team
-Making listing changes and optimizations
We are a small team (just me) and I will be working very closely with this role to oversee management. We are looking to form a long term relationship and giving you a job that you LOVE and enjoy while we give our guests incredible service.
