Proven Track Record: 1+ year of substantial experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio demonstrating your prowess.
Holistic Thinker: Aptitude for addressing both big-picture strategy and granular design details.
Effective Communicator: Stellar interpersonal skills, with a talent for articulating design rationales.
Precision-Focused: A meticulous eye ensuring every pixel is in its rightful place.
Deep Figma Knowledge:
Developer Mode & Handoffs: Experience ensuring that design to developer handoffs are smooth and error-free.
Variables & Constraints: Proficiency in using variables and setting constraints for adaptive designs.
Layout Grids & Organization: Ability to organize designs using layout grids and maintain a clean design environment.
Base Components & Layouts: Expertise in creating and managing base components and layouts for scalable designs.
Design Styles: Mastery in establishing and implementing consistent design styles across projects.
