We are on the lookout for a highly competent Personal Assistant to provide personalized administrative support as a founder's associate to our CEO, who is based in Poland.
IMPORTANT: You are able to issue invoices as a company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake thorough research and compile detailed reports for projects and presentations, leveraging tools such as ChatGPT for efficient information gathering.
- Proactively engage and coordinate with prospective clients and distinguished guests for our podcast series.
- Efficiently manage and organize the CEO's daily itinerary, ensuring a smooth flow of appointments and engagements.
- Arrange comprehensive travel itineraries, including accommodation and transportation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, handling correspondence with clients and partners through email, effectively prioritizing and managing communications.
- Maintain meticulous records, files, and databases, ensuring information is organized and readily accessible.
- Take charge of various ad-hoc tasks and personal errands, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 2 years' proven experience in a Personal Assistant role or related administrative capacity.
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and familiarity with modern collaboration tools like Notion, Toggl, and Loom.
- Independent work ethic with the ability to communicate asynchronously in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and an eagerness to take on diverse challenges.
