•. SOP Development: Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures, particularly for client onboarding. This involves understanding our current practices, streamlining them, and creating clear, easy-to-follow SOPs.

•. CRM and Sales Funnel Management: Set up and optimize our CRM system to streamline client outreach and acquisition processes. Your expertise will be key in building an efficient sales funnel that nurtures leads and supports business growth.
