We are looking for an experienced Shopify & Zendesk Customer Service Agent for our fast-growing online eCommerce store.
What you will get:
• This is a full-time role that is paid at $4/hour.
• You are expected to work 20 hours per week Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be required to use Timeproof to submit their working hours. There may be an opportunity for the successful candidate to move to 40 hours per week.
• On the job training and full how-to documentation for all tasks

What you will do:
• Manage and respond to all customer service through email using Zendesk
• Manage customer returns
Essential Criteria:
• At least 1 year working in a similar role
• Candidate does not have another job
• Experience communicating with customers over Zendesk support
• Experience working with Shopify
• An ability to work with little supervision and solve problems yourself
• Excellent English Language skills
Desirable Criteria:
• Experience working with Duoplane (or similar order processing software)
