e-Commerce Logistics Superstar

We're a rapidly growing online-only jewellery brand and we need someone to manage our supplier-orders and logistics setup.

REQUIRED Skills/Experience:
- Examples of work in e-commerce supply chain; including forecasting stock requirements, placing purchase orders, tracking order delivery and updating stock keeping records.
- Confident in using spreadsheets with experience in multi-line record keeping and working with multiple SKUs.
- Experienced in the Shopify platform
- Accurate data keeping and the ability to plan ahead
- Good communication skills and a good level of English

How much work in a normal week?
The role isn't full time and won't require too much time out of your week, an estimated amount of work per week would be 6-8 hours. Perhaps 1 or 2 days per week you may need to spend 1-2 hours working on the forecasting for stock and following up with our agent in China for updates. For the other 4-5 days of the week, 15-30 minutes per day may be all that's required. We'll need you to be online at least once each day, for 6 days per week.
