e-Commerce Virtual Assistant/Customer Service Reps

We're actively on the lookout for a reliable and well-versed Customer Service Agent to join our E-Commerce team. To thrive in this role, a stable internet connection and access to a laptop or computer are essential. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with added perks like HMO health insurance and paid time off.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries through various channels
- Responding to social media comments and messages
- Using platforms like Shopify, Gorgias, or Zendesk (no need to worry, we provide training!)
- Keeping records of customer interactions
- Ensuring exceptional customer experiences
Our ideal candidate is adaptable, a quick learner, and always ready to go the extra mile in everything they undertake. Proficiency in English is mandatory, and strong organizational skills are highly regarded. Experience in E-Commerce and familiarity with tools like Gorgias and Shopify are definite pluses.
