Job Description:

Seeking a dynamic Space Planning Specialist to enhance our team. Your role involves direct client interaction to understand their needs, crafting efficient space plans and furniture layouts, and managing projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, discerning their furniture needs and preferences.
- Create detailed, hand-drawn office space plans and furniture layouts based on client discussions, floor plans, and measurements.
- Select appropriate furniture from our catalog, considering functionality, aesthetics, and budget.
- Prepare precise quotes, incorporating discounts and markups based on the selected furniture and layouts.
- Develop presentations to showcase proposed layouts and designs.
- Coordinate with sales and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Keep abreast of the latest in furniture design and space planning technology.

Requirements:

- Experience in office furniture sales, space planning, or design.
- Proficient in space planning software and technology tools.
- Creative problem-solving and strong communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects.
- Knowledge of office furniture manufacturers and products.
- Adaptable to new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or related field.
- Experience with presentation software.
- Knowledge of commercial office furniture industry trends.

Tools:

Familiarity with Giza, CAP (2020 technologies), Autocad, and CET is beneficial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation software is essential, alongside a flair for creative presentation.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Eastern
Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience
