Job Title: Wix Website Manager
Work hours: Part-time 15 hours per week
Timezone: Central Standard Time (US)
Initial work schedule: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm CST, Mondays to Fridays
Rate: $7-8 per hour DOE
Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a skilled Wix Website Manager to oversee the maintenance, optimization, and enhancement of their online presence. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of Wix tools and systems, enabling them to provide expert recommendations and manage the website efficiently. The client seeks an individual with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, with additional capabilities in workflow automation and basic Wix management methods being advantageous.
Responsibilities:
Wix Management: Effectively manage and maintain the client's Wix website, ensuring its functionality, responsiveness, and performance.
Optimization & Enhancement: Regularly analyze website performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to boost user experience and achieve business goals.
Content Updates: Coordinate and execute timely updates, including text, images, and multimedia content, to keep the website fresh and engaging.
Technical Support: Address technical issues promptly, troubleshoot problems, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve any website-related concerns.
SEO Implementation: Apply SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and ranking on search engines.
Workflow Automation: Implement automation tools and streamline processes to enhance website efficiency and productivity.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to align website strategies with overall business objectives.
Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular reports on website performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Wix Tools: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Wix tools and systems, with the ability to independently recommend and implement effective solutions.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role, managing and maintaining Wix websites.
Workflow Automation Skills: Familiarity with workflow automation tools and methods to streamline processes within the Wix platform.
Strong Communication: Good command of English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, identify solutions, and implement necessary changes promptly.
SEO Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO principles and their application within the Wix platform.
