Pay
- 20,000 ~ 30,000 pesos a month.
Job description
- Teach English to Japanese adult students. ( We use Skype and Google Meet )
Shift
- You can choose either the morning or evening shift.
1. Morning shift (7am-4pm Japan time)
2. Evening shift (4pm-12am Japan time)
Days off
- You can take as many days off as you need!
As long as you accomplish 70 teaching hours (140 lessons) within 15 days, you will be paid 20k. (After you work for a year, you will get 25k. And if you become a manager, you will get 30k)
If you don’t accomplish 70h, you will be paid hourly.
1. 125 pesos/h if your monthly pay is 20k.
2. 158 pesos/h if your monthly pay is 25k.
3. 188 pesos/h if your monthly pay is 30k.
Training (nonepaid)
We provide three kinds of training.
- AI training (which will last for 2 days)
- 40 Observation sessions (which will last 5 days)
- 17 demo sessions (which will last for 5 days)
You’ll be asked to finish the AI training and you can do observation sessions and demo sessions simultaneously.
Assessment
- Step1. Please download LINE on pc or phone. (LINE is the most used messaging app in Japan)
