Video Editor and Thumbnail Creator for YouTube Channel

Are you an experienced video editor with a knack for crafting eye-catching YouTube content? We're on the lookout for a skilled individual to join our team and elevate our channel's visual appeal.
Responsibilities:
Edit engaging YouTube videos to increase watch time, incorporating elements such as sounds, text, infographics, transitions, panning, and stock footage to enhance overall entertainment value.
Demonstrate expertise in avoiding copyright infringements for edited videos and audio, in compliance with industry standards and YouTube regulations.
Create compelling YouTube thumbnails that entice viewers to click and explore the content.
Requirements:
Proven experience in YouTube video editing and thumbnail creation.
Ability to independently edit a video and design a thumbnail within an 8-hour shift or less.
Flexible working hours – choose any 8-hour shift, 5 days per week.
Starting pay: $400 per month with potential for advancement. This rate is negotiable with potential pay bumps based on periodic review and access to training from day one of hire.
