We are seeking a full-time travel support administrator for a well-established travel agency in the United States.
The role will provide client support including management of client records in the travel agency's CRM platform. Duties may include:
- Invoicing vacation bookings via CRM system
- Processing credit card merchant transactions daily in Trams accounting system
- Providing weekly corporate reporting from the Trams platform
- Providing agent quotes/follow ups to cold call clients via email/phone
- Building client Axus itineraries
- Pulling reports for client thank you cards
- Answering incoming phones and distributing calls to appropriate agent
- Adding wedding couples/information to an online registry
- Assisting agents with various tasks from excursion / transfer bookings, to researching to helping with basic computer/software such as Adobe/Canva
Experience and Qualification
- Previous work experience in the travel industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong experience working with CRM and other software applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
- Detail oriented
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
