Who We Are Looking For:
We are a Vending Machine company looking to hire an accounts assistant/admin assistant help with our accounting and bookkeeping, as well as some ad-hoc administrative tasks.
What You Will Be Doing:
- General bookkeeping
- Accounts reconciliation in Xero
- Invoicing to our clients
- Payments to our suppliers
- General procurement and inventory related tasks for the daily operation
- Other ad-hoc tasks that are administrative in nature

What You Need to Have:
1) You should have experience in double-entry bookkeeping, preferably in Xero.
2) Knowledge of preparing the full set of accounts, financial reports and knowledge of Singapore accounting standards is an advantage, but not necessary.
3) You should also have at least a diploma in accounting, bookkeeping or similar.
You should also:
- Be savvy with technology and web applications in general
- Have a good command of English (both written and spoken)
- Have a fast typing speed
- Be a quick learner
Your attitude, ability to solve problems, and a focus on results is more important than any skills, knowledge or education.
