Jr. Web Developer/Project Manager

Key Requirements:

Minimum 3 Years of Web Development Experience:
Proven experience as a web developer with a minimum of 3 years in designing and building web applications.
Proficiency in WordPress:
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with WordPress, including theme development, plugin customization, and site optimization.
Coding Languages:
Demonstrated proficiency in multiple coding languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Thorough Grasp of Website Development Fundamentals:
Understanding of website development fundamentals, including responsive design, user experience, and web security best practices.
Excellent Planning Skills:
Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Logical and Decision-Making Abilities:
Ability to analyze complex problems, make informed decisions, and implement effective solutions.
Workplace and Time Flexibility:
Adaptability to a dynamic work environment and the ability to adjust to changing priorities.
Work Hours:
Available to work from 9 am to 5 pm PST.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and deliver high-quality web solutions.
Manage end-to-end web development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones.
Develop and maintain WordPress websites, including custom themes, plugins, and optimizations.
Implement best practices for web development, including responsive design and SEO optimization.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the performance and security of websites.
Utilize project management tools to plan, track, and communicate project progress.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
Proven experience as a web developer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
