Project Manager :MANAGER

We're looking for someone with a talent for business development. He/she will be our main project manager and director. He will plan strategies for our projects and hire/train/manage freelancers for the project.

Also, if you have the required qualifications for a job we offer to freelancers, you can take up the position and be paid for it: For example, if you specialize in dropshipping creation, we'll pay you for your work as manager and creator of sales platforms, item descriptions, item hunting, etc. .... in addition to your job as manager.

You must be highly disciplined and patient. You must be able to solve problems quickly and have knowledge of different platforms.

We're a company with several social media channels and we have projects in the pipeline, we're opening... :
- Droppshipping store
Print-on-demand store

We also want to:
- Expand our current brand
- Have more presence on social media

Experience required:

- Knowledge of business development and management
- Knowledge of platforms: Tik tok -instagram -FB - Pinterest - Etsy -Shopiy ( As a manager you must have this knowledge to manage the team )
- Know how to manage a team of 5 to 10 people ( Also know how to manage freelancers by planning and controlling their work ).
-You will be responsible for the smooth running of work operations.
You will find solutions to work-related problems.
Freelance manager (recruitment - training - freelance support - planning - dismissal)
-You are responsible for the smooth running of freelance operations.
Daily monitoring of work carried out by freelancers.
- Assist freelancers where necessary.
-Organization of work plan.
- Ideas for business development.
-Manage and train freelancers.

- Your first task will be to:

1- Create mini-videos and documentation, to explain the work that freelancers will have to do. These videos will be crucial in saving time during future recruitments.

2- Find freelancers

3 - Manage the team's time and workload

4- Find solutions for business development

Working average 2 hours per day

Setting up the team and creating the team will take more time. After that, it's a simple inspection.
We'll pay you the same every month, knowing that once the freelancers are fully autonomous and know what needs to be done, you may only have 20 minutes a day to check everything. The first week will be the longest .... We ask you to draw up a schedule so that everyone knows what they have to do. Make it easy for yourself by explaining to freelancers from the outset what they have to do each day.

Please answer the following questions before you start:

Are you free to post and work immediately?

Would you be able to use this information to create a mini video explaining the work we want for each of our freelancers with documented support .....? This will be for ( FB strategy - Instagram - TikTok - shopify ..... ) These videos will also help you in the future so you don't endlessly repeat the work we expect from our freelancers.

- Do you know how to train freelancers? Do you have experience?

- Do you know how to manage social media?

Do you know how to increase the number of followers, explain to our freelancers?

-If a freelancer is sick or not doing his or her daily work, what would be your solution to remedy the situation?

- Are you quick to solve a problem if it comes up at the last minute?

- If I ask you to find me a freelancer to create a dropshipping site, do you have any experience?
- A print-on-demand store?

- How and where do you recruit and have you already recruited freelancers? Can you find low-paid freelancers?

- Do you feel comfortable managing/inspecting the work of freelancers/hires/licensees?
