THE ROLE WE ARE HIRING FOR
Ensuring that all data we are working with is correctly updated in the back end of the business - which could include using Airtable, Asana, Zapier, High Level, and more. This could include tracking property lead and investor pipelines, guest enquiries and bookings, builder and maintenance schedules.
Liaising with guests - communicating with all new guests via phone, understanding their needs, offering upsells, checking in on them during their stay, and ensuring they leave a review afterwards.
We are looking for someone that is fluent in English, has great customer service skills and enjoys making phone calls.
Creating spreadsheets and graphs to show key metrics, working alongside co-hosts to understand where we can improve profit margins by crunching numbers (you do not need to be a bookkeeper but should be happy putting numbers together, so that others can look into the details).
THE TASKS YOU WILL BE DOING
- Organizing key data (bookings, maintenance and building schedules etc)
- Checking in with all incoming and outgoing guests on the phone
- Checking in with cleaning and maintenance teams via WhatsApp
- Speaking to builders to check they are on schedule and report any issues to me
- Sourcing new properties to purchase and putting them in the property pipeline
- Posting to social media using data that I have given to you
ADDITIONAL TASKS
You may become more responsible for social media posts and managing my websites over time, if this is an area you are interested in and capable of.

We help investors make money and holiday home owners make more profit from their business. We also have multiple guest avatars for our holiday homes, including groups, couples, and families. We help them have a wonderful stay. We have had our holiday homes for 4 years and are adding to the portfolio with new purchases and renovations, so you will be helping us deal with guests, cleaning and maintenance teams, and builders. We work alongside these external teams on a daily basis. There are lots of exciting things in the pipeline!

PAY AND HOURS
*The starting rate for this role will be $4-$5.5 - increase based on performance.
* This position is available from the 8th of January
* This is a long-term position
* Provisional Schedule (negotiable): UK morning 9am - 11am UK time, flexibility after the first few months.
* You will be available for at least: 10 hours a week.
* We will pay you weekly
* We offer one day's paid leave for every 80 hours worked. This covers holiday/sick and public-holidays.
* We offer end-of-year bonuses as standard
* We offer a performance-related bonus
