Business Analyst/Business Intelligence Analyst

We are an e-commerce company specializing in specialty light bulbs and electric accessories. Our finance department is in search of an outstanding, experienced business intelligence and data analytics professional. In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of data and business intelligence related tasks, including PowerBI dashboard creation, report pulls, data maintenance and cleanup, etc

Key Responsibilities:

• Creation and updating of dashboards and reports in Microsoft PowerBI.
• Ad hoc report generation from either PowerBI or Microsoft SQL server.
• Weekly reporting to support each selling channel.
• Monthly reporting to review selling channel performance.
• Organization of data and reports for easy identification and reuse.

Requirements/Background:

• Advanced fluency/mastery of English.
• College degree – Accounting, Finance, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics.
• Experience creating financial and data reports, charts, and graphs.
• Experience working with ERP systems & Data Analytics Tools (Dynamics 365 Preferred)
• Organized & detail oriented.
• Meet deadlines daily/weekly/monthly.
• Fully committed and available to work full-time.
• Capable of learning our internal computer software.
• Willing to learn about our products.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Expert knowledge of BI programs like Microsoft PowerBI (preferred), Tableau, etc.
• Comfortable working in SQL, including creating temporary tables, creating joins, and filtering
• Experience using Slack, Asana, Click Up or other communication/management tools.
