Responsibilities
~ Email Support:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email promptly and professionally.
2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and order status.
3. Assist customers in resolving issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
4. Manage and organize customer support emails efficiently.
~ Chat Support:
1. Engage with customers through live chat on our website.
2. Answer product-related questions, provide assistance with order placement, and address concerns in real-time.
3. Ensure a friendly and helpful interaction with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
4. Multitask efficiently to handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously.
~ Call Support:
1. Handle inbound customer calls and provide personalized assistance.
2. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate matters when necessary.
3. Provide product information, order status updates, and general support over the phone.
4. Maintain a positive and patient demeanor while addressing customer concerns.
~ Documentation:
1. Document and log customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately.
2. Compile and analyze customer feedback to identify common issues and suggest improvements.
3. Collaborate with the team to update and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for customer support.
Requirements:·
1. Proven experience in customer support or a related field.
2.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and products.
6. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
7. Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar customer support platforms.
8. Previous experience in an e-commerce customer support role.
WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum 10 MBPS internet connection.
- Backup internet connection (postpaid or prepaid).
- Laptop or desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher).
- Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher).
- Headset with microphone for clear communication.
- Willingness to use Time Doctor for monitoring.
- Maintain a noise-free work environment during working hours.
- Must not be currently employed full time elsewhere.
