We are currently seeking an Ecommerce Executive Assistant to join our team and contribute to the continued growth and success of Worker Clothing.
Job Summary:
The Ecommerce Executive Assistant will be instrumental in supporting WKR’s executive team and driving efficiency across multiple business functions. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the e-commerce industry and demonstrate a high level of professionalism, analytical ability, and attention to detail. We are seeking someone who is driven, resourceful, and ready to thrive in a fast-growing brand environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Reporting: Track and report daily revenue, ad spend, OPEX, and key metrics to monitor performance, including Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER).
Supply Chain and Procurement Tracking: Manage supplier communications, log purchase orders, organize and record invoices, accounts payable monitoring, oversee sample production and delivery, and oversee timelines for product delivery.
Inventory Management and Forecasting: Analyze inventory levels using tools and software, provide restock recommendations, and optimize stock levels.
Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve order issues, and manage orders via Shopify and fulfillment platforms.
Executive Assistance: Support the executive team with personal tasks, research, scheduling, and other administrative responsibilities as needed.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Experience in marketing performance reporting.
Experience in data tracking within Google Sheets from Facebook, Shopify, Triple Whale
Strong inventory management and forecasting expertise.
Background in supply chain or procurement for e-commerce.
Customer service experience in Shopify-based stores.
Familiarity with social media marketing and influencer management.
Proven executive assistant experience for senior-level executives.
Technical Skills:

Qualifications:
Prior experience in e-commerce is mandatory.

Reliable internet connectivity and access to required devices.
