Responsibilities:
- Reordering Products: Analyze product trends, manage inventory replenishment, and utilize Amazon analytics for strategic ordering.
- Amazon Basics: Keep abreast of industry developments affecting Amazon rankings.
- Inventory Management: Maintain up-to-date inventory records, manage product performance, and respond to customer feedback.
- Customer Service: Manage basic inquiries and improve customer satisfaction.
- Listing Optimization & Expansion: Optimize listings and explore expansion into new marketplaces like eBay and Walmart.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Amazon platform operations.
- Familiarity with Helium 10 and similar Amazon tools.
- Competency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in English with excellent communication abilities.
- Capable of both independent and collaborative work.
Preferred Skills:
- Expertise in listing optimization and PPC strategies.
- Experience with marketplaces beyond Amazon, such as eBay and Walmart.
- Advanced proficiency in tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, and Feedvisor.
Working Hours:
Flexible schedule around 9 AM to 6 PM EST, with openness to additional hours as needed.
