BL Manhwa/Manga Scripts Quality Control

We are looking for a BL Manhwa FANATIC! You MUST be OBSESSED with BL Manhwa. We have a growing network of channels and our BL Manhwa channel is growing rapidly. We are looking for a well-organized, ambitious teamber who will do a fantastic job at reading over our scripts and being our quality control.
As a quality control teamber, you are responsible for the following;
- Make sure the scriptwriters stay on topic within our script framework
- Ensure that our scripts are grammatically well written and NOT BORING!
- Make sure the scriptwriters are not being redundant and using unnecessary language just to fulfill the minimum word count
- Ensure that the scripts are appropriate for YouTube policies (Our scripts must be Rated PG) <-- this is EXTREMELY important
- BONUS: Give hidden gems BL Manhwas ideas to recap

Our scripts are about 12,000 words. We aim to upload daily videos.

As the quality controller, you must be:
- OBSESSED WITH BL!
- Know the niche inside and out
- Great communicator
- Self-reliant
- Team player and can follow processes
- You need to know English as if it were your first language
- Good sense of humor
- Reliable & readily available

Our hiring process requires a Zoom face-to-face meeting. If cannot or are not willing to meet online via Zoom, Google Chat, Skype, or any platform, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. This part of the interviewing process is MANDATORY!

You will be paid on a per-script basis. We will discuss pricing during the interview process.
