Responsibilities:
++Experience in appointment setting for SaaS companies
++List management for a team of 8 Appointment Setters
++Ensure the Appointment Setting Team generate bookings
++Increase show-up rate by following up and rebook the no-show appointments
++Quality control the appointment setting team to ensure high quality MQLs
Requirements and skills:
++Team management
++Worked for a lead generation agency before ? an advantage
++Fluent in: LinkedIn outreach, B2B appointments for SaaS space
++Copywriting skills,
++Top-notch verbal, written and interpersonal skills
++Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
++Excellent phone etiquette
++Fast learner
++Experience in Google and Facebook ads
++Proficient in Excel and Google spreadsheet
++Experience setting up appointments with CMOs, CXOs, CROs
