Job Overview

We seek a part-time skip tracing and list-building specialist with extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. This role involves creating targeted lists of building owners, attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors, etc., utilizing skip-tracing techniques. The candidate should have multiple years of experience in list building and skip tracing, familiarity with email marketing via Constant Contact, and Salesforce experience, which is a plus. A proficient Microsoft Office user must be detail-oriented, a problem solver, a critical thinker, and possess strong communication skills.

What you’ll do:

-Conduct skip tracing to build specialized lists tailored to the commercial real estate industry.
-Develop lists with specific criteria, targeting professionals like building owners, attorneys, CPAs, and financial advisors.
-Execute email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact.
-Utilize Salesforce for CRM purposes, enhancing data management and marketing efforts.

What you’ll bring to the team:

-Essential: Several years of experience in list building and skip tracing, specifically in the commercial real estate sector.
-Essential: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with email marketing tools like Constant Contact.
-Experience with Salesforce is a significant plus.
-Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
-Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex data in a clear, concise manner.
