Marketing assistant

Responsible for assisting the firm with basic marketing needs. Reports to the firm manager and works with our outside marketing company to coordinate efforts. Works closely with inside sales to understand quality leads. This is a team position and requires constant communication.
Responsible for Content creation for website blogs, newsletters, and Videos for YouTube. Drafting biographies of critical people for the website and updating and monitoring photos and bios.
Understands Google and Apple maps and the ability to increase visibility in Maps. Monitoring and responding to Google reviews and assisting the firm in obtaining reviews.
Responsible for creating and distributing bi-monthly newsletters. Managing newsletter databases including new subscribers and deleting unsubscribes.
Working knowledge of WordPress and website preferred. Ability to post blogs and content with Proper title tags.
