Job Title: Elearning Development Specialist: Articulate Storyline Expert

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ months, starting 2024

Pay Rate: $6.50/hr

Hours: Up to 35 hours a week

Essential Requirement: Candidates must possess their own Articulate Storyline 360 license for this role.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Elearning Development Specialist with expertise in Articulate Storyline for long-term projects. While a primary focus on Articulate Storyline is essential, proficiency in additional tools like Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Synthesia, Vyond, etc., is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop engaging eLearning content primarily using Articulate Storyline.
- Implement instructional design principles, including knowledge of adult learning theories, ADDIE model, SAM model, etc. (optional but desired).

- Ensure responsive communication within a maximum of 12 hours.
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt skills to meet evolving client demands.
- Maintain high attention to detail in creating learning materials.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline (mandatory with own license).
- Background in instructional design. (optional but desired)
- Strong communication and prompt response capabilities.
- Eagerness to learn new skills and technologies.
- Exceptional attention to detail.

Preferred Additional Skills:

- Experience with tools like Articulate Rise, Optional but desired: (Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Synthesia, Vyond)
- Graphic design and video editing skills. (optional)
- Any other relevant eLearning development skills.
