Digital Asset Manager

Job Summary:
As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for translating market needs and consumer preferences into innovative and functional product designs. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create design requirements, conduct research, develop prototypes, and gather user feedback to refine and enhance product designs.
Responsibilities:
-Analyze market needs and consumer preferences to ensure new products align with market demands.
-Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather design briefs and establish design requirements.
-Conduct research on materials, techniques, and design trends to inform the product design process.
-Create preliminary sketches and conceptual designs, both digitally (using CAD) and manually on paper.
-Utilize 3D modeling software to design products and their components, ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal.
-Produce prototypes for testing purposes and validate product functionality and usability.
-Iterate and improve the design of existing products based on user feedback and usability tests.
-Solicit and gather feedback from product users to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
-Atleast 3 years experience as a Product Designer or similar role, demonstrating a portfolio of successful product designs.
-Proficiency in design tools such as Figma for graphic design, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and CAD software.
-Strong understanding of design principles, materials, manufacturing processes, and technology trends.
-Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas through sketches, prototypes, and presentations.
-Experience in prototyping, testing methodologies, and gathering user feedback.
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Excellent collaboration and communication skills, able to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
