- We are looking to hire the best web designer within the next 2 weeks. We want someone who speaks good English and wants to join a winning team!

We need an experienced and creative Web Designer with a specialized focus on lead generation. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our online presence and driving qualified leads through visually appealing and user-friendly web designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in creating responsive and high-converting websites.

Responsibilities:
- Execute creative designs for landing pages, conversion funnels, and other web elements to optimize user experience and increase lead conversion rates.

- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor websites, and user behavior to inform design decisions and ensure our web presence remains cutting-edge.

- Implement best practices in web design, including mobile responsiveness, SEO optimization, and usability, to enhance overall website performance.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of our web designs.
Qualifications:

Actual Job Duties:
You will be working closely 1 on 1 with an account manager via slack for communication.

- Will be given a guideline and ideas for each project
- Must be able to do own competitive research
- Expect designs to be completed with 2-5 working days with proper communication

Template itself will be handed off to a developer to dev and implement into a live page.

Requirements: STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAIL
*MUST BE COMFORTABLE being able to join meetings for clear communication if needed.

- Proven experience as a Web Designer with a focus on lead generation.
- Understanding of website and lead generation optimizations
- Up to date with best practices for WordPress/Elementor
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making to optimize web designs for conversion.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful web design projects and demonstrated expertise in creating visually appealing, user-centric designs.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design concepts to cross-functional teams.
