Project Manager + Operations Manager for WordPress Agency

We are CodeInk Studios, a growing WordPress agency seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Project Manager and Operations Manager. This position is ideal for someone who excels at multitasking, possesses excellent communication skills (English), and has a strong background in project management within the WordPress industry. Part time contract work (10-20 hours per week).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project management processes and procedures to ensure efficient project delivery
- Create project timelines and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide accurate project quotes
- Delegate tasks to our team of talented developers and designers, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the highest quality standards
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to support decision-making processes
- Assist in the organization and coordination of various projects, ensuring all resources are allocated appropriately
- Oversee day-to-day operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
- Maintain effective communication with clients, providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within the WordPress industry or digital agency setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (such as Trello, Asana, and the like)
- Familiarity with WordPress CMS and its ecosystem is a plus
- Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Working Hours:
- This is a part-time position, requiring approximately 2-4 hours per day. The specific working hours can be discussed during the interview process to accommodate the availability of the successful candidate. More hours available in the future.
