Responsibilities:
- Create and compile Excel sheets on a daily basis
- Evaluate and execute pricing changes
- Compile and send out purchase orders
- Complete quarterly analytical projects in alignment with Brand Management Team goals
- Answer customer service inquiries and voicemails
- Create listings on multiple marketplaces.
- Refresh internal reporting to reflect accurate data on a consistent basis.
- Responds to all customer service inquiries in a timely manner
- Answer and return phone calls received from customers during regular business hours.
- Work with the Logistics team to resolve any seller fulfillment-related issues.
- Work closely with the Brand Management team to assist with brand-specific needs as they arise.
- Maintain and create various spreadsheets to assist the team with reporting.
- Meet with Agency Partners to align on objectives and better understand their products and customer service needs
Qualifications:
- 1+ years with experience building pivot tables, formulas, formatting, and customer service or call center role
- 1+ years of experience taking data, identifying issues, providing insights, and implementing recommendations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience executing multiple simultaneous projects with a focus on detail.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally within the organization.
- Ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment
- Is attentive to details and always looking to improve processes
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Is calm under pressure when customers are frustrated
- Is available to respond in a timely manner to customers
- Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Available to work flexible hours
