Seeking an experienced Accounting QuickBooks Bookkeeper – Part-time Gig! Rate is $8.50/hr.

Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QuickBooks Bookkeeper for a part-time position. The primary responsibilities of this role will include inputting checks and creating rules within QuickBooks to ensure accurate and efficient accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently input checks into the QuickBooks system.
• Create and manage rules within QuickBooks for streamlined accounting processes.
• Perform regular bookkeeping duties with a high degree of accuracy.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to maintain financial records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company procedures.

Qualifications:
1. Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university. A major in Accounting is highly preferred.
2. Experience: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks is required.
3. Skills: The ideal candidate must be highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong capability to work independently.
4. Other Requirements: Must have a stable internet connection and the ability to work remotely.
