Required Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills for effective lead engagement.
- Ability to work independently and follow standardized procedures.
- Familiarity with real estate tools such as Redfin and Google applications.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience with seller financing or creative financing strategies.
Hours will be from Midnight to 4am Philippine Standard Time.
