Cold Caller Real Estate

Congressional Home Buyers LLC is currently seeking an Acquisitions Associate to support our efforts to purchase real estate directly from property owners. Ideal candidates must have excellent English language skills and have experience cold calling. Some experience and/or interest in real estate is preferred.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Cold calling of property owners (this will be the primary focus)

- Identification of potential acquisition targets
- Research ownership and title of potential acquisition targets as needed
- Assist in activities related to submitting offers and purchasing properties

Requirements/ Time Commitment
This is a full-time position where candidates must be willing to work 40 hours per week. Candidates are expected to not have additional employment obligations (part-time or full-time) during their employment with the company. Performance/metrics will be tracked by the company.

-Compensation will be US$5 per hour, plus a US$1,000 bonus for each property that we purchase where the Acquisitions Associate made the cold call that led directly to our purchase of the Property.
