Transaction Coordinator + Systems Guru

I am looking for someone with experience being a full time real estate transaction coordinator in California. I don’t have the time to teach the ins and outs of our forms and our procedures so I need someone who can hit the ground running. This means you were NOT a TC assistant. We need full time TC experience. We also need someone comfortable learning new technologies.

In addition, I need someone who has an insatiable thirst for knowledge. You have to love to learn because you are going to be my eyes and ears for new technology and new ideas. My company and other vendors have a lot of webinars ranging from public relations to search engine optimization to email marketing campaigns. I don’t have the time to stay on top of this stuff, so I need someone else to do it for me. If you want to prove yourself to be invaluable, not only will you learn everything, but you have the ability to implement changes and have a positive impact on the bottom line of the company.
